License Grant
Subject to the payment of the applicable license fees and compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, YourPlatform grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Deploy the platform on your own cloud infrastructure
- Modify the source code for your own use
- Use the platform for your business purposes
Restrictions
You may not:
- Redistribute, sell, lease, license, or sub-license the software
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the software
- Use the software to create a competing business platform service
- Share your access credentials or source code with unauthorized users
Ownership
YourPlatform retains all right, title, and interest in and to the software, including all intellectual property rights. This license does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of YourPlatform.
Support and Updates
This license includes:
- Access to the source code repository
- Documentation updates
- Bug fixes and security updates
- Technical support
- Maintenance updates

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY.
Term and Termination
This license is effective upon your purchase and acceptance of these terms. YourPlatform may terminate this license if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement.
